Xfinity won’t close my account so I’ve contacted the BBB

I have every phone conversation recorded with Xfinity and plan to take them to court and file a lawsuit for lying on 3 recorded lines saying they were closing my account. The representative said they refused to close my account until the outstanding balance was paid off. He said it would keep charging me until it was paid. They tried to take a payment today again unauthorized. Every time they do that, I’ve recorded it. I’ve also reported them to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau. They’re DONE for.
