Xfinity website is slow to the point of not functioning
I am trying to see my billing statements and look at available plans to potentially upgrade to. The website took 15 minutes to try to load the information and then just gave up. This has been my consistent experience with your website, which is ironic considering that you are an internet service provider.
Couple of things I know won't fix the issue:
-internet speed: internet speed is fine at 300mbps. Every other website loads just fine, it's just your website.
-Browser: I tried clearing cache, and accessing from both my home computer and laptop from work wifi. Neither fixes the issue.
-just waiting patiently for the site to load: Every time I try to wait it out, the website times me out and logs me out. It's not a matter of inconvenience or patience, your website is literally broken.
I'm definitely not upgrading my internet plan now, not without being able to access my billing statements and checking out pricing for alternate plans. Is there any plan to fix this issue? It's been bad for the last 3 years I've been using your service, and it's now at the point where the website is completely unusable.

@user_7h2bwo That would be quite a frustrating experience not being able to manage your service with ease and access your information efficiently. I can relate to the feeling of frustration when I have issues with work emails not sending or receiving properly. Have you tried using a different browser? Which web browser are you using and having issues accessing your information? Have you attempted to view that same information in the Xfinity app?
