Xfinity Website Account Management

Why is it so hard to access my account on the Xfinity website?  I login and try to go to my account information or internet service and it just shows me advertisements and upgrades and other ads but not my account information.  Is there something I am missing?  Why does the website seem to get worse and worse every time I go to do anything?  It might be just that I haven't had a reason to login for quite a while but it always seems to feel worse and more aggravating every single time like you guys are trying to beat your own record for have the worst website.

Are there ways of navigating your website I am missing or what? ...

...on a slightly different note, I'm not sure why but all the drop down menus seem to only open for a second or two before closing making them incredibly difficult to use...  this is absolutely ridiculus.

Hi @Mkib Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. When you log into Xfinity.com if you click on the purple circle with a person in it, do you see a menu? You should be able to select billing or account & identity. Do you see these options?

I hit the three lines in the upper left and under "Your Services" I go to internet thinking it will show my my current speeds, my modem, etc... and instead I get advertisements but absolutely nothing that even hints at what my internet service is... Why is there a section for "Your Services" if it doesn't take you to your services?  This seems to just be there to mislead people and throw advertising at them which only frustrates people and for me causes me to hate and want to ignore the advertising because I can't get to see what I want.

I used to be able to see my plan, my speeds, my modem, there was an option for resetting the modem, listed the devices and I can't find any of that.  Nothing under that purple circle shows me any of that information.

Additionally after just a few minutes, despite two-factor identification and selecting to stay signed in, your site logs me out or has to reverify my login and takes like a few minutes to do that making it even more difficult to do anything.  The whole thing feels designed to drive people away.

@MKib, can you try logging in using Incognito Mode or a different browser? Do you get the same results?

Seems like incognito mode solved the issue of getting to the my services under "Your Services", but its weird that it refuses to work at all and redirects me instead of taking me to the page to manage my internet stuff.  I never had this issue before.  That said I still have to scroll down the half the page just to view my account settings on not more advertising.

When I get to manage devices, it comes up with an error and prevents me from viewing my devices.  The website seems to immediately assuming I am buying devices or modifying my plan when I just want to view information.  It also says it cannot connect to my devices yet when I  go to the status center it says my modem is fine which is also weird.

Additional note, the incognito mode seems to also have fixed the drop down menu issue I am experiencing for doing stuff here in the forums which is strange as well.
