Xfinity support

Cannot activate Peacock as it’s associated with an old account. I get this message every time: Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.

Hi there, @user_bkctpy! Thanks for reaching out about activating Peacock. I have noticed for a lot of our long term customers that see that message, the Peacock account is activated using the Comcast.net email address. If you sign in with Peacock with that, you can then update the email you log in with in the Peacock settings. 

 

Another thing to try is when you visit the Your Subscriptions website,https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, look for a help button further down on the same page where you try to activate Peacock. That should allow you to unlink the current email address associated with the account and then activate it with a new one.
