I’m having trouble removing a user from my account. Whenever I try, I get an error message.

This link  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account that's great information on how you can remove an Xfinity ID from your account. If you're on a laptop or PC,  I recommend clearing the caches and cookies or even trying a different browser.  You can also perform the removal of the ID steps via our awesome xfinity app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/xfinity-xfi/id1178765645
