Xfinity Support

I have been a customer since January and keep receiving emails to sign up for xfinity rewards and every time it says I’m ineligible. That is not true as I am a internet and cable customer and am enrolled in auto pay. I have read all the forums and it seems this is a common issue which I don’t understand why you would promote something and constantly send me emails just to get a message that I’m ineligible when I know I am eligible. I would like to have this addressed asap.

Can you please click the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name so we may further assist you.
