Xfinity Support secondary email account temporary reactivation to receive one email

I know secondary email accounts have been retired, but is there any way to reactivate an account, even for a few hours? My problem is that I need to access it in order to change it on a vendor's site to my gmail account. The vendor, Sony, requires information from 10 plus years ago from old consoles long gone and refuses to use alternate methods. I stand to lose all my data and games if I can't get a reset email at this address. The secondary account name was [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I don't need to access it if an email can be forwarded from it to my main account. A notification with a start/stop date and time would be all I require. No send function needed for me.
