Xfinity Support Not Helping
I have been trying to get either my account ownership changed or my service with xfinity cancelled altogether and I keep being told to submit documents that have not been sent to my email. I have tried calling, messaging on this forum, messaging the reddit page, emailing a previous customer service rep, dming xfinity support, etc. I am so exhausted by this and to top it all off I am being charged for yet another month of a service I am no longer using!! I just wish there was someone who had actual influence within the support system because the "reminders" the representatives send to whatever department is supposed to forward me the paperwork is clearly not working. I am so beyond frustrated with the ethics of this company and it's even more frustrating knowing there is nothing I can do about it. Instead I have to sit here and be charged $55 a month despite my best efforts to pass these payments and services on to someone else. I cannot understand why this change of ownership paperwork can't be found online, it's actually ridiculous. If anyone can help that'd be great, I just want this to be over.
