@user_pjvsov Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out for assistance through our Xfinity Forums Community. That can definitely be frustrating when you are trying to make your payment. I'm here to help you get this ironed out. Are you the Primary user on the account? Can you please share any troubleshooting steps you have already tried as well? This will give me an idea on where to pick up with a solution.

Thank you for your response. There was no other troubleshooting options other than to try a different browser (Edge). However, it had the same problem. The site just keep spinning with that message of "we're on it".  I have to change my payment option today as I just confirmed with a Rep on the phone.  Also I will not use google or Chrome.

@user_pjvsov Our site works best with Chrome. Are you able to use the link: https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay to pay your bill?

Don't Edge and Chrome both run on Chromium? Is there really a significantly difference in website rendering given they're both based on Chromium underpinnings?

jdawg90 Even though Edge and Chrome share the Chromium engine, websites can work better on one due to unique features, Microsoft/Google service integration, slight code differences (like new features in Edge), different default settings (ad-blocking, trackers), or developer focus, meaning some sites might have specific code tweaks or prioritize one browser's environment, though major rendering issues should be rare now.  I am not showing when the maintenance will be completed but our development team is working hard to get it completed as quickly as possible. Can you please tell me if you see any difference when accessing the app or website when you are connected to your home network and connected via mobile data?

Ok, so there IS maintenance being done. That's fine, it's just super annoying when someone on these message boards (and Xfinity employee supposedly) says there's no notice of it (on a previous post today) after a salesperson told me there was on the Xfinity support chat. Ya'll need to get your communication together, quite honestly. If they're aware, then hopefully it's fixed soon and there's not much to do to fix it.

On my cell provider's Internet (I don't use Xfinity Mobile) having the same issues. The App is loading really slow and "manage plan" features are all strange. I'm logged in but if I click "Manage Plan" it's like I wasn't logged in (even though I was). This is on Edge, CHrome, Firefox (windows 11) and the Edge and Chrome on the Android app (well, the App seems to redirect to the browser within the app). So something isn't authenticating or recognizing that I'm logged in when changing URL's within the Xfinity system. And then when I attempt to log in, it has a popup and just spins a circle or give a 400 error bad request. And the rare time it randomly lets me in, then if I hit "upgrade speed" on Internet it only shows "current plan" (with the graphics missing) and the 2gig option. No 300, 500, 1gig, etc. options. I confirmed on chat with sales those plans do exist but the website is under maintenance. And then on here it's like nobody knows the website is under maintenance. Except you just confirmed it but don't know for how long.

I am moving and trying to set up a new account and keep getting errors all over the place. I can't even tell if my account is set up correctly. One one page it shows me logged in, on another I'm not, and nothing happens when I click Login. I can get to a page with account management links and show as logged in, but then if I click anything it reloads as though I'm logged out. Super frustrating! There's no support link where I can submit a ticket or call, just an AI bot that is completely unhelpful.
