Xfinity Service Cancel

Prior to my move to Korea, I've tried to cancel my service in advance to avoid any issues. The first time I was almost s*xually harassed by a customer "support" agent via chat. Then, whenever I tried calling them there was outrageous wait times, the customer service rep tried to keep my service (I moved to Korea), I was never sent confirmation emails, or the customer support agent was unable to be understood by me. Now I am in Korea, the time zone difference puts me 16 hours ahead of the west coast. I can not change my mobile number as I now have a Korean number. I can not use the chat as the agents are not available, and actually would rather not after my last experience being harassed by a chat agent. If someone who works at Xfinity could just PLEASE cancel my service or send me an email so we could coordinate this. I am not paying $122 bucks just for the fun of it.
