hi I am unable to join rewards and not sure why

Hello, @user_ogg0k3. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues joining our Xfinity Rewards program. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem. Can you please elaborate on what happens when you first try joining? Do you receive an error code/message when attempting to sign up?

@XfinityRaul​ it says I'm ineligible to join rewards. I moved a couple months ago and believe the Xfinity agent I chatted with created a new account for me. I've been a membwr with Xfinity for 2+years

user_ogg0k3 We can look futher into this on our end. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
