Xfinity rewards not working - claims I am inelegible
I am yet another long time customer who cannot access Xfnity rewards. Despite meeting all the criteria, when I click on rewards it says:
We can't offer you rewards right now
Your account isn't eligible to join this program. To learn more about Xfinity Rewards qualification, please refer to our FAQs.
I have spent hours on the phone, created support tickets, and nothing gets done. This seems like fraud besides being a technical issue. Has anyone else been able to fix this?

Good morning user_txvnvk thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums! Have you recently changed addresses when attempting to set up Xfinity Rewards, or recently an administrative change on the account( name change due to marriage/divorce, or other account change of responsibility) These and other factors can contribute to receiving this type of message when enrolling for Xfinity Rewards. Only the Primary account username can enroll in Xfinity Rewards, so please ensure you are logged in under that Primary Xfinity ID.
