Xfinity Rewards: not eligible for rewards

I've been a customer for a few months now. I fit every Xfinity Rewards criteria, but it keeps saying I'm not eligible.

I am a primary user, 18 years or older, and have one Xfinity service.

There's no real solution online so I thought about posting here. Can someone help me?

Hello, @JohnsonEng 

There are few reasons you may have received this message:

  • Only primary Xfinity IDs are eligible to join Xfinity Rewards.
    • If you’re trying to join using a non-primary Xfinity ID, you’ll receive this message.
  • Not all account types are eligible for rewards.
    • If you’re trying to join using the primary Xfinity ID and still receive this message, it could be because your account isn’t eligible.

I been a xfinity customer 40 years and was told i dont qualify for rewards, how i now qualify? You have no problem taking my money every month , i been a loyal customer 40 yrs  , jack [Edited: "Personal Information"]
