Xfinity Rewards Error Message
I've been with Comcast for over 20 years. I have an account that meets all the criteria for Xfinity rewards and I'm pretty sure I've signed up for it in the past. However, when I try to access Xfinity Rewards through my account I'm getting and error message "we can't offer you rewards right now". Some searching has shown me that it seems common with long-time customers. What's going on here and how have they not fixed this yet? I'm also having no luck with Xfinity assistant and they push you to the assistant every time you call.
