Xfinity Randomly Cancelled Our Account
My mom and I received an email this evening telling us that our service would be cancelled TODAY (6/22/22). We did NOT request this cancellation of service. We both rely on the internet, like many right not now, conduct business. Please leave our service connected, we plan to call Xfinity in the morning to protest the cancellation. I don't understand and am livid anyone can call up Xfinity and cancel services without confirmation from the account holder. This is insane. This is about privacy and account security and allowing random cancellations is not security.
Again, please leave our service ON. We have NOT cancelled.
