Xfinity Platinum Member Peacock Offer?
Hello,
I am a Platinum member of Xfinity Rewards, and one of the advertised Platinum benefits is access to Peacock Premium. However, I do not see the option to activate this reward in my account, and I'm unable to take advantage of the benefit.
Could you please help me activate it? If there are any additional steps I need to complete, I'd appreciate your guidance.

@sanderson536 thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help with getting the Peacock Premium offer redeemed. Can you sign in here and see if you can click on benefit titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost? If that does not show up, what do you see at Xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions?
