Xfinity now box

I am LOOSING MY MIND setting up the new XUMO box. I can’t get through to a person and cannot figure out what the issue is. When I get to authenticating my account and it asks for the last 4 digits on my phone number it says my number is incorrect every time and will not link. I confirmed on my xfinity accounts that it is the correct number. PLEASE HELP ME
