XFinity Login Account impossible
I have received a mail from Xfinity telling me that my order is incomplete. When I click on the link to complete it, my login is not accepted and it keeps telling me that my credentials are incorrect.
when I try logging in manually through the normal Login page, my credentials are suddenly accepted. However none of the links to „My account“ or „Changes“ work. They all end up in „Please try again later“.
when I try logging in through the app it tells me that the credentials are correct and login is successful but the service on the app is only for its customers.
Why is neither the website nor the app working and where is my order? The 1$ was already deducted from my bank account but apparently you didn’t even process my order.

Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
