Xfinity keeps logging me in and out

I recently signed up for Internet in my new apartment and I cannot access my account, every time I login, it signs me in then out instantly

When placing your order your login information/online account is not connected to services until a confirmation email is received. After you placed your order did you receive a confirmation email with a summary of your services? 

If not you may need to place a new order to complete the setup of your account.

Yes I got a confirmation email and a charge on my card, but whenever I click go to my account it doesn’t log me in, or it does and signs me out right away

If you did receive a confirmation email that is odd. I would need to take a closer look at the account to see where there may be an issue. Send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
