Xfinity ID will not let me sign on
I literally just subscribed to an Xfinity plan not 2 hours ago and already have had multiple issues. From what I can tell, I was automatically signed out of my account whilst having something in my cart, which causes my Xfinity ID to not allow me to log on. I've seen that bug reported on Reddit, and discussed on these forums. Though, inexplicably, I was still able to purchase a different subscription for $45, and my bank was correctly charged that amount. I have not been sent any confirmation over e-mail though (like was stated on the confirmation page), nor am I able to log in to my account, to see it that way. For clarity, when I attempt to log in to my account, there is no error message or indication of anything changing at all; it simply logs me back out while still on the "Welcome Back" page. I've tried downloading the Xfinity app to see if that would allow me in, but that tells me I must be subscribed to Xfinity to use it (although I should be, since I've already paid for my service), and of course, I have already tried clearing my browser cache, cookies, and all other site data.
I'd just like to be able to log in to my Xfinity account properly and be able to manage my (literally) brand new subscription.
