Xfinity ID Recovery
A support agent removed the secondary user on my account. I need that email address back and nobody seems to be able to do it. The 1 agent that seemed like they knew how to do their job, finally... The call dropped and that rep didn't call back. I am roughly 20 hours into this and still no improvement. I have been an Xfinity member for 40 years. This past year I have interacted with more support reps than the prior 39 years. [edit language] is going on? I can't take this much longer. At my witts end here...
Somebody help!
No, not just Somebody.
I NEED a tier 4+ CSA Agent.
Nobody else is going to hack it.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
