Xfinity Hub (Discovery Hub Home Page)

Ok, now what is going on with the Hub page? I don't have a menu under the account icon or the menu icon next to the Xfinity logo. It is a pain to have to find another way to work around this just to access other features such as support and TV.

This post has been resolved. It was caused by Poper Blocker, a pop-up blocker.

RND1023 Hello there! We appreciate you reaching out to our Community Forums Team regarding the Xfinity Discovery Hub. We did revamp the site last year to make it more seemless to navigate. I'm would be delighted to assist you in getting squared away. Once you login, you should see menu options such as Billing, Account and Identity, Comcast Business, Support. Is there something specific you are looking for that I can help out with?

As I said none of these options are showing up. When I click on the account icon, upper right corner, all I see is my name member status and sign out. There are no options there. The same happens with the upper left menu icon, I click it and there is nothing there. It has been like this for a long time now I'm getting tired of having to work around this issue, it's difficult.

RND1023 My apologies if it seemed like you are having to repeat yourself. I was making sure you and I are looking for the same menu. Can you please tell me what is listed under member status?

When clicking the account icon top right, the circle with a person's figure in it, I only see my name, platinum and sign out. All the previous menu choices are gone. When I click the menu icon, the three lines, on the top left next to Xfinity there is nothing but the X, close symbol, it's completely blank. 

This is my second description of the problem. I can't get it any simpler than this without trying to get a picture.

RND1023 Thank you very much for describing that for us. I only get the menu on the left when my screen is not full sized I have to resize or use the reduced screen since there are navigation heading across the top of the Discovery Hub page. As for the menu under your profile in the top right Your billing and identity and support options are still there. If you have seeing just a white tab I would recommend refreshing the page to start. If that does not help Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page you will see Cookie preferences. Make sure you address those preferences to ensure the pages load. If that still does not pop up the full menu I would clear you cache and cookies in your browser history and close all of your browser windows you have open before opening a new window and trying again.

@XfinityAmandaB​    I discovered something yesterday. If I select either icon, top right or top left, before signing in to Xfinity the complete menu is there. After I sign in to Xfinity the complete menu is gone. I only have the sign out option.

I'll try your suggestions again
