user_7ef5af Thanks for reaching out for email support. We would be happy to assist you in any way we can. Are you getting these error when you try to send emails to a specific email address or all email address'? Are you using a 3rd party app like Outlook, or through our website?

Thanks for your response.  iPhone 16 using the Apple Mail app on trying to connect to the IMAP server on cellular.   No problem using WiFi.  

Gmail and outlook email accounts work fine.

Just to rule out some possibilities, are you able to access your email from the Xfinity website while on cellular?

Again thanks for your response.  For some reason my email on cellular is now working perfectly.  No idea what changed.
