xfinity [Edited]

why did it take me 5 try's to login to my account on desktop,  kept bringing back to login screen after entering my password.  For a communications customer service is horrible.  This is exactly i will not have a cell phone plan [Edited: "Inflammatory"].

user_78jghd Thank you for letting us know about the difficulty you faced trying to sign into your online profile. I want you to be able to manage your Xfinity service with ease. When you run into issues signing in online, it's usually because your browser has outdated cache and cookies. When you clear your browser's cache and cookies, it can solve the log in errors in case this happens in the future :).

This is a [Edited: "Language"] answer for a horrible system.  Browser cache and cookies are cleaned daily.  I do not have this problem with any other website just xfinity.  Nice try!  BTW i am getting pix-elation on the tv, tried to get it resolved, but your customer service works on your schedule not mine.  Called was returned at a time when i was not available.  Yes I unplugged the box.  If it gets worse my next call will be to star link.

user_78jghd I appreciate you clarifying that for me and I'd like the opportunity to look at your signal levels and clear up that pixellation you're seeing on the TV.
