Xfinity Billing and Account Web Site

Why is the Xfinity Billing and Account Web Site so slow? It loads forever and has been like this for years. The phone apps are not much better.

This is on a desktop computer and it does not matter if I am at home or work. It is always slow.

Why are Xfinity services on my new super-fast internet SO S L O W? It is a poor program, and doing anything like setting up Paramount+ takes hours. Then they say they have a problem. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

This is not the experience we want, user_x9w9zv. What device are you using that is having an issue with the Paramount+ app? Have you tried troubleshooting using the Xfinity app? It works great and is easy to use.

What is up with the [Edited: Language] Xfinity web site? TWO DAYS NOW I log in go to payments--> make a payment ---> leads to this response, "We are having issues right now please return to the customer page"

[Edited: "Inflammatory"]. I pay $100 [Edited: Language] dollars a month for Internet and this is what I get?!

Clearing cache browsing hist and cookies did it. Still didn't fix your horribly inefficient automated help system for support. I expert more for $100 a month just for Internet!
