xFinity automatically logs me out when I sign in
I am trying to set up internet access for my apartment, and I am in the process of purchasing the internet plan, I entered all of my bank information but now the website automatically signs me out and returns to the home page whenever I try to sign in. I am on an iPhone XR, and I have tried other browsers. I can’t find any way of confirming my order went through, and when I try to sign in to the xFinity app, it says “Access not authorized. You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.” I need this answered urgently!

Hello @user_dou93p! I apologize that you are experiencing issues getting signed up with service online. No worries! I can certainly help you here! Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.
