Xfinity assistant

I cannot sign into Xfinity assistant on my iPhone in either Safari or Chrome. Each time I click on SIGN IN, the screen refreshes. I tried opening an incognito tab in Chrome and got to a sign-in page--and that took me back to the main screen asking me to sign in again. Does this even work on a phone?

Hey there, @adambravo. I do apologize for the frustrations, and we want to ensure you are able to access the Xfinity Assistant. Have you attempted to access the assistant through the Xfinity App? Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies? Have you tried incognito mode? Please let us know if any of these steps help.
