Xfinity Assistant login help FAIL
The other day I was having trouble logging in, getting messages like "Bad Gateway", "login.xfinity.com cannot be found", all my UserIDs "invalid". I tried asking the Xfinity Assistant for help. It did not know what any of those messages meant. It offered to "help" in several ways that were not relevant to the problem I was having, and when I asked it to connect me to an Agent, the Assistant told me I had to log in first.
See the problem? I can't log in, but before I can get help with logging in, I have to log in. Aye yai yai yai yai!
