Xfinity Assistant does not work

Hello I click on tge xfinity assistant and tge screen pops up and says loading account and does nothing else. I can't chat with anyone. Ever since the update the app does not work properly.  How can this be fixed?

I would be happy to assist you in getting this resolved, so that you may commence using the Xfinity Assistant. To begin, can you tell me what kind of device you are using when you try and launch the Xfinity Assistant, and if you have taken any troubleshooting steps on your end?

Samsung Galaxy S22. Happened with my Note 20 also. White screen, never loads.

Thank you for letting us know you're also having this issue @user_fae1a3. Sorry to hear about your experience. What troubleshooting steps have you tried on your end? Do you have another device you can test on? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies to see if that helps?

Yes I'm on a samsung galaxy A7 tablet 10 inch and on a Samsung galaxy A13 5G. An the assistant does not work on either one , it's been lile this for a couple of months now and I need the assistant , how do I fix this

We have a few ways to reach the Xfinity Assistant as you can see here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/get-help-from-xfinity-assistant Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Did you attempt to access this on different browsers?
