Xfinity app login issue: Access not Authorized "You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service."

I am transferring service from an old address to a new one. Can't activate the wifi in the new address.

@XfinityRichard​ It should be transferred. I have already received the equipment, but I can't activate the service because I can't log in the app.
