Xfinity App Endless Login Loop

Hi there, I am trying to login into both the Xfinity app and the Xfinity Mobile app but it sends me through an endless loop. I click “Sign In,” it takes me to a page to enter my username and password, and then kicks me back to the sign in page even though my credentials are correct (verified on separate device). I have tried reinstalling both apps, cleaning app data, and clearing cookies/cache.
