Xfinity Already Linked to Another Peacock Account

I linked my Xfinity Account to my Peacock account a while back, only to find later that my subscription was no longer linked. I went to my account to Activate it. When I landed on the Peacock linking page I attempted to sign in and relink accounts. This is the message that popped up:

I use only one email address for subscriptions, so I don't know what other Peacock account I could possibly have. The instructions on "How to Find it" is of no help to me.

I couldn't find which email I used for Peacock in my Xfinity Account Subscriptions either. I need some guidance please.

Also, I noticed we have two different accounts that are linked, one being for my old home address. I would like to delete the one with the old address, but didn't want to unlink them until the Peacock linking issue is resolved, just in case there is a connection.

Hi @user_g2wp9f thank you for taking the time to reach out and provide the details of what you have found. Have you made any recent plan changes?

Our team can take a closer look. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
