Xfinity Account
We called to see about reducing our cost. The Rep said she’d give us a $20 discount for one year. We had to agree to the new price via a link, which we did. She said we had same service but reduced rate. Never hung up, we tried turning on the TV. It doesn’t pull up channels and now I can’t get into my Xfinity account. When we call 1-800-Xfinity, your phone rings once and then disconnects. WHAT DIF YOU DO TO OUR ACCOUNT

There was a national issue with our services earlier today, but we're receiving word from many customers that their services have been restored. It also affected our 800 services. Are you still not able to get into your account through our app or online?
