Xfinity account not working

I recently moved and and I took my Xfinity box and cables with me. I got into my app and put in that I would be moving. Then it told me I had to pay my bill that was outstanding but it was actually due on the 8th. I was confused so I tried to call for support I was met with an A I that had no solution to my problems. Now it says I am no longer a customer when I just paid my bill EARLY. I'm so frustrated and it doesn't help that I'm pregnant and getting super emotional and frustrated with just being met with an AI. It doesn't make me feel like this company cares. I want my service or my money back.

I've been in a similar situation(moving with a baby on the way[I wasn't the pregnant one-don't know why I'm prefacing that]) and things can get so stressful at the drop of a hat.
