XFINITY Account "Looks like something went wrong"

I've been trying the past week to create my Xfinity ID and start-up an internet service for my new apartment, but I'm constantly prompted with "Sorry - Looks Like Something Went Wrong" - I've managed to make the Xfinity ID but now still cannot finish the installation process for the internet service - See Error Message Below

Hello, @Clark195. You've reached the right place for help. After you created your Xfinity ID did you check the verification text or email that comes? If that is not done the app will not allow you to set up your service.
