Xfinity account log in loop

My account keeps looping the sign in option. So I am unable to get into the app and manage my account.

@user_2ba46a Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience and would love to investigate this for you! Is this happening on the website and app? Also, is it happening on multiple devices?

I am also unable to log in to the site to manage my account. At the login page I enter user name and PW.. it then reloads this page making one think they miss entered information or forgot their PW info. I went as far as resetting my PW which I was able to do without issue. I was then asked to log in using the new PW information and encountered the same login loop. Rediculous.

By any chance, is your account a brand new account? If so, did you set up your primary username by going to https://comca.st/3rbQMVQ?

I no longer work for Comcast.
