Xfinity Account is messed up
New customer here. Started a week ago by putting in my address and starting an order, but the Xfinity website froze on me, twice. Went to Xfinity store today and they found my order but it was confusing them. They gave me a big black modem/router that I took to my new house and plugged in, but I can't get it to activate. When I use the Xfinity app it says "Access not Authorized". If I log into my account with my browser, I'm unable to access billing or settings or anything, it just brings me back to the login page.
Please help fix my account!

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us, @user_4ad6ff! We truly appreciate you signing up for our services, and I'd love to help regain access to your account. The error you're seeing is typical when starting new service if the userID did not properly link to the account. Please attempt linking your service account to your UserID by following these steps. If you're unable to link the account, I recommend going through the create userID process again to create a new userID linked to the account (it'll ask for your address and name, etc. to link it, super easy process). Once it's created, we can then work on getting your other userID linked to your account. Please follow the steps listed here.
