@user_950dxr I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your internet. Our team is here to help.

To get started can you tell us the status of the power light. Is it on, off or blinking?

Do you see your Wi-Fi network to connect to?

Are multiple devices unable to connect or just one?

@user_950dxr RDK-03117 is a connection issue between your box and modem. Thanks for letting us know you have restarted your modem.

Have you checked the connections to your modem and cable boxes to ensure everything is finger tight and secure?

Is your modem plugged into a power strip or switched outlet?

Have you logged into the Xfinity App to verify if there are any confirmed events in your area?
