WHY IS YOUR WEBSITE SO BAD????????

i need to make the payment for the website i have about a year with you guys and your website [Edited: "Language"]...!!! i have 1 hour on clock trying to make the payment and it doesnt work every single time i click to make a payment i just get a white tab nothing else your site [Edited: "Language"] every single time i need something from your website it just makes me cry if i d have to choose between fighting a bear and comming to your website i d that that bear any time!!!!!

user_lgydyt Thank you so much for your post for help with the issues you are running into when trying to make a payment online. Being able to manage your account online is an important part of your Xfinity services so we would be happy to help. I use the site all the time not only for my services but to help customers like yourself. I always recommend using your Xfinity home WIFI network when possible on the device you are trying to use. Since our site does contain lots of information there are also cookie preferences located at the bottom of Xfinity.com before you login make sure you accept all and save the change for cookie options to ensure pages can load correctly. If you are still running into issues the next step would be to clear your cache and cookies for your browser. Once that is done make sure to close all browser windows you may have open, and try again. Let me know if that does not help.
