Why is their whole site full of bugs?
I'm just trying to sign up as a new Xfinity customer.
- At the end of the account-creation process, I got "Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site."
- After fiddling around and using the email activation link, I was able to log in anyway. But then when I try to view my current services, I get another error: 'A rendering error occurred: can't access property "internet", this.response.services is undefined' and the page goes into a refresh loop.
- I tried to use the feedback form to report these problems, and when I submit that, I get a giant message showing "Something went wrong - Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, try again later."
- Looking for a phone number to talk to someone, there doesn't seem to be one, so I tried their stupid AI assistant. This one can't understand what I'm saying, and when I ask to talk to an agent, it insists I need to log in (even though I am already logged in), and the "Sign in" button just shows something like "sending sign-in request" briefly and then loops right back to "you need to sign in."
Frankly at this point I will be shocked if submitting this post even works — I've run into bugs with literally everything I have tried to do on xfinity.com today.
Am I the only one running into bugs at every turn?

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
