Why is my password no longer working on my iPhone or my computer?

All of a sudden, I cannot log onto my comcast.net email either on my iPhone or my MacBook. I confirmed my email password by logging in online.

I understand how frustrating email access issues can be, and I’m happy to help get this sorted out. To better assist you, can you let us know if you’re seeing any specific error message when trying to access your email on your phone or MacBook? Is your password saved on either of those devices? Also, are you able to successfully sign into Xfinity Connect and view your emails there?
