why hasn't autopay started on my account

I signed up for autopay months ago and I'm still getting paper bills

Hello, @nemosinmn thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. That is a great question, autopay and paperless statements are 2 different things. If you don't have the Eco Bill paperless statements set up you can do so following the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/signing-up-for-paperless-billing

Both of these need to be set up to be eligible to receive the $10 APPD (autopay paperless discount) discount: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/automatic-payment-paperless-billing
