Why does the Xfinity user account site [Edited] so bad? I thought this was an internet company?

The Xfinity user site has got to be one of the slowest websites on the internet.  Each page of the login takes forever, as does the 2FA.  Then it times out trying to pull up my current or past statements and I have to start over.  I've been working for about 30 minutes to download my statements.  Seriously, how hard is it to provide a simple user interface?  None of my other service providers have this problem, I absolutely DREAD having to come to this website to get my statements.  Guess I need to switch off paperless and just scan-in the statements that come in the mail.
