Why did I receive an email to cancel my service, I did not request to cancel.
I just received and email stating that Xfinity received my request to cancel services and to return my equipment. I did not request to cancel my services, and wish to remain a customer.

When you have a moment please send us a direct message, so we can make sure there's no disconnection order in place. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
