Why did I get a letter about a Secondary user I don't have?

I got a letter saying that "you or a secondary user recently changed one or more of the following features on a Secondary user's Xfinity account: - A Secondary user's secret question and/or answer".

I don't have any secondary users on my account.

I would like to figure out why I got this letter, and how to make sure this isn't some sort of breach of my account. I want to make sure I'm not going to be a victim of some kind of fraud or identity theft.

@user_7d6249 I would be happy to assist you with your concerns. Before we get started, I need you to send me a DM. Please follow these instructions.

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

@XfinityAngie How do I mark this as an Accepted Answer? I am looking for a button that says something like "Mark as Accepted", but I don't see such a button. All I see is "Like". Should I click the "Like" button?

Now I see the "Mark as Accepted Answer" button. I had to sign in to these forums, after having already signed in to my Xfinity account. I appreciate the help with my original thread, but I wish there weren't a separate sign-in process within the Xfinity sign-on.
