Why can't I speak to a live agent re: online account problem

I cannot sign in to my online account. I've reset password over and over. The site simply does not work. It keeps automatically signing me out, then saying the new password I just created isn't recognized.

The ENDLESS LOOP of a phone tree and the useless AI "assistant" won't let me do anything until I sign in. But I can't sign in. The problem is the sign in. Is there any way out of this? [Edited: profanity]

@user_wr0427 What troubleshooting steps have you taken from your end, like clearing the browsers cache and cookies? Have you attempted to access the online account from another device and/or web browser? The Xfinity App is a great resource to manage your account if you're bumping into issues on the website. Let us know what you're attempting to accomplish from your end.
