Why can't I just get texts for outages and service appointments?
I don't want texts for Billing and Marketing. But the only way to turn those off is to stop ALL texts. There are only three options in the Account Communications preferences: Bill Ready, Autopay reminder, On-Demand and Pay-Per-View purchases.
When I had text messages active, I had the first two turned off in those preferences, but still was receiving them. You are supposed to be a technology company. Why can't you make that work correctly?
