Why am I not Eligible for Xfinity Rewards?
Hello Everyone,
Xfinity Rewards says I am not eligible for the reward program, but I follow all the criterias they request on their website. I am using the primary ID and I have 1 or more of their listed services. The Chat Bot assistant does not help at all. I just want to see why I do not meet the criteria for the reward program even though I have been using Xfinity for 5+ years with the same email address.
Any advice is appreciated.
