Who ever designed the website [Edited]

Why even even bother have a website at all? If one isn't able to see what bill payments are routed to. Just says "thanks for the 45 bucks" and doesn't even list the account number anymore. 

Unable to see what is on my plan, 

Unable to change plan

Unable to add or remove from plan, due to the features not existing period. 

This website is just a display list of thank you notes from xfinity and nothing else. 

I click on my "thanks for the 45 dollars" bill. And nothing comes up. No more information, nothing. 

Whoever built this site, are you ok?
