Which account is active and used for my new home

Hello i Have moved out from my parents house and have been trying to set up internet, i was hesitant at first to go with comcast as their is fiber in my area so i went through the selection process 2 times or so. I've finally went to the very end to type in bank details and set a time for installation to come out and install. however i did not receive an email to my personal account that i had linked, nor can i sign in to the newest account, it automatically logs me out. So i do not know if my information went through, my phone is still linked to my old Comcast account with my family even though in the pre set up it let me use the phone number. not sure what to do and if the service request went through or not. i went through the process but never got a confirmation page.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
